Baby, Jeremiah Maclin, was born into the arms of Jesus, January 8, 2019 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Jeremiah is survived by his parents, Shatia Brooks and Jerry Maclin of Decatur, IL, and sister, Shamaya Brooks.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 1:00 PM, Monday, January 14, 2019 at Moran and Goebel Funeral Home.
Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery.
