Remembering Joey today. I’m so sorry to hear of your loss of your mother. I’ll always remember her kindness to me!
In memory of Joey Short. We have known both your mom and dad for many years and always enjoyed being with them. Joey took care of me in JWH when I had my daughter in 1960.
Larry worked at GET with your dad. They were both very respectable, hard
working people. Joey will be missed.
With sincere sympathy. Larry and Sharon Gee
We are so sorry to read of your Mother’s passing. Our sincerest sympathy be with your family. We all have good memories of our days in nurse’s training with her at St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing. She used her training well and usually attended our yearly dinner meeting. She and five classmates attended on their 60th anniversary. May your memories be comforting for you. Our deepest sympathy , from her friends of St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing Alumnae Lois Klein, Pres.
Our sincere sympathy is with you the family of Joan Short. Joey was a year ahead of us in nurse’s training. We have some “good memories of our training days”. We always looked forward to visiting with her at the St. Joseph’s Nurse’s Alumnae dinner-meeting every spring. She was so faithful to come. She and 5 of her classmates attended their 60th reunion in 2016. She was surely a great Mother and nurse!!!!
We know you will miss her so much. Our love, thoughts, and prayers are with you now and in the days ahead. The St. Joseph’s School of Nursing Alumnae Officers; Lois Klein, Marilyn Gillan, Rosemary Toohill, Jackie Hagerty, Linda Roth, Bonnie Jonas, Georgia Green, Phyllis Fehr and members.
Mike and family,I’m so sorry for your loss.I will remember all the years at DJWH with your Mom with fondness!
