Joan “Joey” Short, 83, of Clinton, passed away, Tuesday night, February 5, 2019 at 7:50 p.m. at John Warner Hospital in Clinton. She was born February 15, 1935 in Clinton, the daughter of Estle “Tubby” and Isabelle Reid Lowe. Sh Read Obituary

We are so sorry to read of your Mother’s passing. Our sincerest sympathy be with your family. We all have good memories of our days in nurse’s training with her at St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing. She used her training well and usually attended our yearly dinner meeting. She and five classmates attended on their 60th anniversary. May your memories be comforting for you. We always looked forward to visiting with her at the St. Joseph’s Nurse’s Alumnae dinner-meeting every spring. She was so faithful to come. She and 5 of her classmates attended their 60th reunion in 2016. She was surely a great Mother and nurse!!!!
