John Robert Croasdale's Obituary
Mt. Zion - John Robert Croasdale, 77, of Mt. Zion, formerly of Decatur, passed away Friday, July 18, 2025.
John was born in Decatur, IL, on October 17, 1947, the son of Glenn V. and Clara M. (Leipski) Croasdale. A U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam war, John worked as a union laborer and was a member of Laborers' Local 159.
John is survived by many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Frank Croasdale, and life partner Rebecca Joanne Aubert.
A graveside service will be held at 2pm, Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Camp Butler National Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
