John B. Gulick's Obituary

He was born on April 16, 1952, a son of the late Jack Gulick and June Nix Gulick. He served his country in the United States Army and was a member of Illinois Union Operating Engineers Local 965.
John found something to hunt all year long. Turkey hunting in the Spring, fishing in the Summer, bow Hunting in the Fall, and gun hunting in the Winter. He had a cabin in Southern Illinois where he loved to take his son and grandchildren to turkey, mushroom, and deer hunt for the last 35 years.
He liked to spend as much time as he could outdoors, whether it was boating, camping, and out riding on his motorcycle. When he had to stay in, John spent his time wisely, watching NASCAR, football, and Gunsmoke. He was also an avid knife and gun collector.
In addition to his parents, John is preceded in death by Vicki Gulick.
Those surviving include: daughter, Holly Gulick; son, Justin Gulick and wife Amanda; sister, Dawn Hutchins; and grandchildren, Dalton, Kaitlyn, Caleb, Abbie, Will, and Ellie.
