John Pugh's Obituary
John was born a son of Phil and Candis Palmer Pugh. He married Adlena Flarence on December 15, 1952, and she passed a few years ago. When John was a child he was a member of the Lower Salem Baptist Church in Brownsville. When he came to Decatur he attended Primitive Baptist Church, he later became a member of Greater Mt. Olive Baptist Church. He was employed as a cook at the Blue Mill.
He leaves to cherish fond memories his sister, Annie Frank Parker of Malden, Mo.; sister-in-law, Willie Mae Pugh of Brownsville, Tn.; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, wife, three sisters, and seven brothers.
