Juanita Kay Jones' Obituary
Juanita Kay Jones, 71, of Decatur died Friday, February 27, 2009 in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Funeral service will be 12:00 noon Tuesday March 3, 2009 in Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to service in the funeral home. Burial will be in Camp Butler National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
Juanita was born on January 21, 1938 in Jacksonville, IL the daughter of Richard Guy and Carrie Lorraine Mainer Lions. She worked mobile park manager in Fresno, CA She also worked as a bartender D’s Country Lounge in Decatur. She married Paul Jones on June 15, 1980 in Decatur he preceded her in death on August 27, 2005.
Surviving are her children; William Lee Neeley Jr.Carol of Decatur; Leilani Brewner Harold of Oakley; Tina Kruse of Taylorville; Zelda Sears Scott of Effingham; brothers, Eddie Lions Betty of Peoria; Robert Emmons Becky of Decatur; sister,; Skip Cassidy of Decatur; 19 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Mark Robert Neeley, and sisters, Constance Davis, Richadan Golf, Bonnita Hotwick, and Robin Manake, and one grandchild, Jessica Cook.
