Judy Street's Obituary
Judy Street 70 of Forsyth passed away on Tuesday November 16, 2004 in her home with her family by her side, after a long illness with cancer.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am Friday November 19, 2004 in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Rev. Richard Weltin as Celebrant. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 pm Thursday in Moran & Goebel Funeral Home with a Vigil prayer service at 5:45 pm. Burial will be in Mt. Gilead Cemetery. Judy was born March 25, 1934 in Jasper County the daughter of Andrew & Anna Meinhart Emmerich. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. She married Darrell Street on June 6, 1959 in Decatur.
Surviving are her husband, Darrell Street; daughter, Brenda Brown and husband Gary of Dalton City; son, Randy Street of Silversprings, MD; brothers, Oliver Emmerich, Ralph Emmerich, and Bob Emmerich all of Wheeler, IL; sisters, Anna Stuckey and husband Nick of Mattoon; and Teresa Willenborg of Decatur; granddaughters, Katrina, Sandra, and, Jamie; and great-grandson, Mark.
She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, and four sisters.
She was a very devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a sweet woman that will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. May she have love and peace with God!
