Kenyon Lackey's Obituary
Kenyon Lackey 73 of Warrensburg died Tuesday October 21, 2008 in his home.
There will be a Memorial Breakfast 8:30 am till noon on Sunday October 26, 2008 in the Warrensburg Gun Club.
Mr. Lackey was born on June 4, 1935 in Seattle Washington the son of Ernest and Naomi Bartlett Lackey Sr. He worked as a union electrician and served his country proudly in the US Navy. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, NASCAR fan and beer drinker. He had a great love of life and celebrated every minute.
He is survived by three brothers, Ernest Lackey Jr. of Schenectady, NY; Donald Lackey of Beaver Dam, WI; and Edward Lackey of Costa Mesa, CA; many, nieces, nephews, step-children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Gladys Marie Lackey, and one sister Margaret.
The family of Kenyon Lackey is being served by Moran & Goebel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2801 N. Monroe Street, Decatur.
