Carr, Linda Marie's Obituary
Linda Marie Carr, 81, of Decatur, IL, passed away on Friday (08-09-2024) at home.
Linda was born on August 11, 1942, in Henryetta, OK, the daughter of Leonard Willhite and Bernice Marie (Smith) Willhite. She married Phillip L. Carr on May 12, 1989, in Greers Ferry, AR. Phillip passed away on November 8, 2012.
Linda was a member of Maranatha Assembly of God and was very involved in the church. She was also a great matriarch for her family.
She is survived by her son: Curtis B. March of Indianapolis, IN; daughter: Julie B. Spencer and husband Steve of Mt. Zion, IL; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two nieces.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, husband Phillip, one brother Robert L. Willhite and one sister Diana Miller.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Friday (09-13-2024) at Mt. Gilead Cemetery.
