Lucille E Walker's Obituary
Decatur-Lucille E. Walker, 83, of Decatur, passed away at 10:55 a.m. Saturday, July 14, 2012 in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Services to celebrate her life will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery in Moweaqua.
Lucille was born April 11, 1929 in Decatur, the daughter of James and Pansy (Hudson) Cole. She was previously employed with the Signal Depot, Borg-Warner, and retired from Fairhavens Christian Home. She married Charles L. Walker September 12, 1947. He preceded her in death September 5, 2003.
She leaves behind her sons Roger J. Walker and wife Sandy of Troy, Robert 'Bobby' Walker of Decatur, and William 'Bill' Walker and wife Cindy of Decatur, brother Richard Cole and wife Donna of Panama City, Florida, sisters Betty Underwood and husband Rob of Decatur and Virginia Seibert of Wisconsin, twelve grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was reunited in Heaven with her parents, husband, brothers Jim and Bill Cole, sisters Louisa Clark and Pansy Cole, and sons Johnny, Tommy, and David Walker.
