Malinda Landers' Obituary
Malinda L. Landers, 85, of Decatur, passed away on March 15, 2021 at Sullivan Rehab & Health Care in Sullivan, IL.
Malinda was born on September 12, 1935 in Vandalia, the daughter of Bart H. and Maggie Lou Locke Watts. Malinda is survived by her sons: Jerry Landers of Decatur; Tom Landers of Weldon, IL; 3 grandchildren: Kimberly Landers, Lane Landers, and T.J. Landers; 3 great-grandchildren. Malinda was preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers: Carl Watts, James Watts, Charles E. Watts, Lonnie Watts; and 5 sisters: Gladys Matson; Ruth Jordan; Maggie Spires; Anna Watts; and Beulah Matson.
Graveside services for Malinda will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 19, 2021 at Graceland Cemetery, Decatur. Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 1:45 PM on Friday, March 19, 2021 at Moran & Goebel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Decatur. CDC guidelines will be followed, and masks are required for those in attendance.
