Margaret Ann Taylor's Obituary
Margaret Ann O’Neal Taylor, 55, of Decatur, IL peacefully slipped away into the arms of Jesus from this life into eternity on Christmas Day December 25, 2016.
Margaret Ann was born on August 11, 1961 in Decatur, IL to the late Lenford O’Neal and the late Emma Jean (Jordan) O’Neal. She accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of The Church of The Living God CWFF under the leadership of the late Bishop E.A. Morgan. Margaret was married to Mardina Taylor they are now divorced.
She leaves to cherish fond memories her sisters: Evang. Patricia Ann Farmer (Kenneth), Shannon Harris, Sharon Harris; brothers: Hubert Wilbur O’Neal (Pinkie), Lindsey O’Neal (Loretta), Larry O’Neal all of Decatur; and Tandy O’Neal of Wausau, WI.
She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, and one living grandmother, Annie O’Neal of Cropwell, AL.
A special thank you to Decatur Manor Health Care and its entire staff for the love and care they gave to Margaret. The family would also like to thank St. John’s Hospital ICU unit Module B staff, nurses, and physicians that took care of Margaret.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Alfred O’Neal.
Homegoing service to celebrate Margaret’s life will be 11 AM Monday, January 2, 2017 in Moran & Goebel Funeral Home with Overseer Elston Carter officiating. Visitation will be 10-11 AM Monday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
