Marilyn L. Frank's Obituary
Marilyn L. Frank, 78, of Decatur, died Tuesday, November 30, 2010 in her home.
She was born January 23, 1932, in Decatur, the daughter of Martin and Ruth Matthews Adams. A homemaker and member of Saints James & Patrick Catholic Church, Marilyn married Donald M. Wrigley on October 31, 1953 who preceded her in death on January 2, 1998. She married Jerome “Jerry” W. Frank on May 25, 2002 and he survives.
In addition to her husband, Marilyn is survived by her daughters: Patti Wrigley of Decatur, Cathy Marvin Hunt of Lawrence, KS, Mary John Corley and Penny Frank of Decatur; sons: Tim Wrigley, Tom Connie Wrigley, Jim Vicki Wrigley, Dan Teresa Wrigley, Ken Mary Jo Wrigley all of Decatur, Brian Julie Wrigley of Mt. Zion, and Bill Juliet Frank of Milwaukee, WI; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her faithful four legged friend Cubby.
Preceding her in death are her parents; first husband, Donald M. Wrigley; and brothers: Richard and Robert Adams. After her parents death Marilyn was raised by uncle and aunt Tommy and Verle Fitzgerald.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 2, 2010 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home; vigil prayer service at 4:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1 p.m. Friday, December 3, 2010 in St. James Catholic Church with burial to follow in Boiling Springs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to: St. James Catholic Church.
