Marjorie Maxine Eaton's Obituary
Decatur – Marjorie Maxine Eaton, 80, of Decatur, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Marjorie was born in Dalton City on April 11, 1933 the daughter of Rhea and Daisy (Fisher) Boliek. A member of New Vision Church of God, Marjorie worked as a dietician at St. Mary’s Hospital before retiring in 1998 after 25 years.
Surviving are her children: Melody Miranda of Decatur, Steven Eaton of Decatur, Lynnette (husband, Grant) Becker of St. Peters, MO, and Rhea (wife, Sandy) Eaton of Decatur; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister Barbara Bock of Decatur; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, son Thomas Eaton, one granddaughter, and three brothers.
Services to celebrate her life will be 2 pm, Thursday, March 6, 2014 in the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home; visitation will begin at 1 pm. Burial will take place in Graceland Cemetery.
