Marjorie Bicknell Faber, 79, of Decatur, died on Thursday, March 04, 2004 in her home.
Graveside services celebrating her life will be 10 a.m. Monday, March 08, 2004 in Mt. Joy Cemetery, Armington. There will be no visitation. Moran & Goebel Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements. Memorials to: Emmanuel Southern Baptist Church or DMH Hospice.
Marjorie was born on October 01, 1924, in Atlanta, IL. the daughter of Clifford and Mayme Gentry Bicknell. She worked as a cook and was a member of Emmanuel Southern Baptist Church. Marjorie married Harold L. Faber on November 23, 1946 in Bloomington, IL. and he preceded her in death on May 05, 2002.
Surviving is her daughter, Julia Getz, husband Jim of Cerro Gordo; sister, Norma Allen, husband Charles of Atlanta, IL; grandchildren: Barbara Jackson, husband Duane and Bryan Kingery; great grandchildren: Kelsey Osborne and Jenna Jackson.
Her parents; husband; and brother, Doug Bicknell preceded her in death.
