Mark Hoffman's Obituary
Mark Hoffman, 61, of Decatur, passed away August 2, 2022 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Mark was born in Decatur on October 10, 1960, the son of Nelson and Betty (Jones) Hoffman. He was a truck driver who was known for being a hard worker. In addition to his passion for semis, he enjoyed flower gardening, guns, good food, and “The Chosen” movie series. His favorite pastime was sitting in the back yard watching and feeding the squirrels and birds.
Mark is survived by his significant other Kimberly McIntosh of Decatur; children Tabitha Beanland of Arkansas and Jonathon Hoffman of Decatur; sister Marylin Chaney of Decatur; grandchildren Joshua Scheibly, Jacob Hoffman, Collin Beanland, and Wyatt Beanland; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Dennis Eugene Hoffman.
A graveside service will be held for Mark 11am on Tuesday, August 9 in Boiling Springs Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.gracelandfairlawn.com.
