Gemma, Terry, Mark, Elizabeth and Eddie, I was so sorry to hear that Aunt Mary passed on. Mom told me she had gotten a bad infection, and then a couple of days later she told me she had passed on. She was a great aunt and wonderful woman. As Mom said, it was down to just Mary and Norma as the last of the original Doyle clan. Now it's just Mom, and that must make her feel a little down. To the Doyle family, especially my ole buddy, Ed . . . . .our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I was fortunate to see Mary not long ago as she played cards with a group of ladies at the neighbor's house next to my parents on Water Street. I told her how she used to "scare" me when I want down and knocked on their back door to see if Ed could come out and play. She would be sitting at the kitchen table and would scream, "WHAT DO YOU WANT!?!" It would startle me! It got to be where I wasn't scared but I'd look forward to her yelling at me. What a wonderful lady! Funny thing was, after I told her this, she laughed and the other ladies playing cards said, "Yup, that's Mary!"
