Both Shirley and I have known Maryfor years from the old 'Skiffles'group at Rock Spring. I met her onoccasion when our paths crossed atone of our assigned schools. Shewas a wonderful person to know, andto associate with. She will bedearly missed. We send our mostheart-felt condolences. Decatur, IL US
As friends of the Hurd family, we have met Mary a couple of times and she was a dear sole. She played a big role in her grandchildren's lives and we are sure she will be fondly remembered and missed. Mrs. Messmore was my son's kindergarten and 1st grade Title 1 reading teacher, he's now entering Jr. High. She was a wonderful woman and was great with all of the children; she always had a bright smile on her face. I'm so glad my child was blessed to have worked with her.
