Mary Louise Mix's Obituary
Mary Louise Mix 80, of Owensville, Missouri. She was born on July 25, 1944. She was the eldest daughter of the late Carl D. and Rose E. Limes.
She is survived by her two children Mike McClelland (Leslie) of Overland, MO and Denise Felly (Todd) of Rapid City, SD; 2 grandchildren, Ashley McClelland and Joshua McClelland; 3 brothers, David Limes, Dennis Limes (Ingrid) and Timothy Limes (Sheree); 1 sister, Cathy Ellis (Sterling) and many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Michael L. Mix in 2011.
She was a cancer survivor.
She had an infectious smile a huge heart and had an unconditional love for all animals. Mary really enjoyed the time she spent helping the Joshua Fund Dog Rescue https://www.joshuafundrescue.org, with fostering and rehabilitating abused and neglected dogs.
A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held for Mary from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025, at the Star of Hope Mausoleum Chapel at Graceland Cemetery.
A brief private family graveside service will be held at Graceland Cemetery, following the Celebration of Life Visitation.
