I met Melissa in partial program almost two years ago! She always came in style, her matching shoes w her outfits! She was always making someone laugh! She was a true fighter and inspiration! I am so missing her! Praying for you momma karen and her daughter, heather! Plus all her other family and friends! I'm so thankful she was brought into my life!
Missy … my diabetic buddy ?? you had the best sense of humor!! I swear you were the strongest woman I knew . May you Rest In Peace dear friend ! My prayers are with your family .
I knew Melissa and her sweet mother, Karen, from Lakeside Christian Church. What a joy they both are. I so enjoyed Melissa's Facebook posts, even in the midst of her trials, her sense of humor was awesome. We miss you at Lakeside, Karen! God bless you and your family.
In high school, Missy seemed like a quiet, unassuming girl, and we never had the opportunity to interact much. Twenty years later at our high school reunion, I found out how very wrong I was. She was like the life of the party! We stayed connected via social media, and through her posts she always seemed so humble, yet so humorous. Even on her darkest days, she found a way to crack a smile, or outright laugh through the pain. She will be dearly missed, but I'm glad to know she's resting with the rest of the angels. I prayed for Missy almost everyday, and now I offer my deepest prayers and condolences to her family and loved ones. Love you, Missy.
Melissa, your friends at Lakeside will miss you. We know this life presented many physical challenges to your body. You worked so hard to get better. We enjoyed your friendship and your beautiful art work. Rick & Jan Schramm
Rest in peace, you are free. Fly, my friend.
