A couple of memories that I have of melody that comes to me right away Is in our younger teenage years I was visiting aunt pearlies house and probably stay staying the weekend or something. I was always over there. And Melody Got in trouble for something. So aunt pearlie unleashed on her (a whooping)
And it was me, I think mckeitha and Keith. And not sure who else, but we were downstairs in the living room and we must have been either laughing or talking or something. Melody got upset because she thought we were laughing at her and we probably was. I don't know. so she came downstairs. Halfway down the stairs to peek around the stairway into the Living room and said "mumble humble". And we just laughed. Another memory I have is in our younger adult years Melody became so attached to my Fried egg sandwiches. She loved them. so every time she saw me she's like Quita, Can you make me a Fried egg sandwich? I'm like girl. Can't you make your own Fried egg sandwich? She was like, but I like yours. so guess what? I ended up making her a Fried egg sandwich. Although throughout our adulthood, as we became older. I didn't see her very often just here and there.
But she is one of my first cousins whom i grew up with. So I will miss her and the memories i will cherish.
