Michael C. Hott's Obituary
Decatur – Michael C. Hott, 52, of Decatur, passed away Friday, February 2, 2018, in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Michael was born December 14, 1965, in Decatur, the son of Larry and Roberta (Roarick) Hott. He was employed as a line mechanic at Crown Cork and Seal in Warrensburg. He was a past member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, a member of Prairieland Abate, where he previously served as treasurer, and he was captain of the Full Throttle Pool Team. Michael married Angela L. Stewardson February 26, 1994 in Decatur.
Surviving are his wife Angela of Warrensburg; children: Nathan Ballard (Shauna) of KS, Carly Semone (Ben) and Jacqueline Neville (Josh) of Decatur, Kristen Peters (Corey) of Warrensburg and Michael Hott II of Mt. Zion; father and step-mother, Larry and Sandra Hott of Decatur; siblings: Lisa Elmore of Decatur, Bryan Hott (Robin) of AZ, Terry Hott (fiancé, Kim Smith) of Decatur, and Brandon Hott (Julie) of Clinton; fifteen grandchildren that he cherished and he was excited about the one on the way; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial services to celebrate his life will be 3 pm Saturday, February 10, 2018, in the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Michael C. Hott Memorial Fund, c/o Staley Credit Union.
