Mike and I had a short relationship. We didn't grow up together. In fact, I didn't really know him until our dad's funeral. We had lengthy phone conversations for a few years after the funeral. He always struggled with not being a part of a traditional family. I guess we both did. The last time he called me was about a year and a half ago. When I returned his call, his phone had been disconnected with no new number available. I had been searching obituaries then, because he was so ill. So here it is. Peace to you, Mike. You deserve it.
