Michelle Lee Killion, 37, of Decatur laid to rest Thursday December 15, 2005 at 9:11 pm in Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.
Homegoing services celebrating her life will be 1 pm Friday December 23, 2005 in the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home, where visitation will be from 12 noon until service time. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Moran & Goebel Funeral Home is entrusted with these arrangements.
Ms. Killion was born November 19, 1968 in Decatur to the parents of Labirtha Perry Johnson, Step-Father, Sam Johnson both of Decatur and biological father Alvin Killion of Minneapolis, MN. She was the 1st of 3 sisters and 1 brother.
Our loving daughter, sister, mother and friend leaves not to mourn, but to cherish fond memories: her mother, Stepfather, biological father; her 3 sisters Alvitta Siyan Hill of Indianapolis, Indiana, Tuntra Presse Matthews, Torressa Perry, 1 brother Brian Killion all of Decatur; and also Sisters of Spirit Kawanda Briggs, Mary Callaway, and Stephanie Bullock; special friend Marcus Taylor; her 2 sons, Concepion Currin and Kendall Currin; her loving nephews, Tarvez Smith, Tedvez Smith, Teaonus Perry, Shaymere Muffin Crawford all of Decatur, and Laevon Johnson of Indianapolis, Indiana; grandparents, Walter Gebratha Perry of Decatur, Mary Killion of Minneapolis, MN; also aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Proceeded in death by her aunt Elaine Elem, Debra Briggs, Jean Currin, and Uncle Walter Perry, Jr.
We would like to thank the Memorial Medical Center of Springfield Intensive Care Unit for their help thru her trials and tribulations. Also a special thanks to Doctor Suytka and all the nurses! God Blesses!.
