Surviving are his father, Mark Hurelbrink and Julie Reynolds; children, Kane and Kaley Hurelbrink of Mt. Zion and Gage and Isabell Hurelbrink of Decatur IL; sister Jamie (Leo Gao) Smith and special friend Tiffany as well as numerous extended family and friends.
