Pamela Kay Kidd's Obituary
Pamela Kay Kidd, 47, Decatur, died at 8:35 pm Monday January 16, 2006 in Decatur Memorial Hospital with her family at her side.
Funeral Services celebrating her life will be 10 am Friday January 20, 2006 in Moran & Goebel Funeral Home, where Rev. Mitchell Flesch will be the officiant. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6-8 pm also in the funeral home. Burial will be in Macon County Memorial Park. Memorials donations are requested to be given to Homeward Bound.
Pamela was born in Decatur on April 26, 1958, the daughter of Clarence and Shirley Young Gordon. She attended the West Side Church of the Nazarene. She had a passion for collecting teddy bears. She enjoyed growing roses and crocheting. She worked as a Deli Manager in the area Speedway Gas Stations for 24 years. She married Joseph Kidd on May 27, 1989 in Decatur, he survives.
Also surviving is her precious dog, Hope, brothers, Gene Gordon of Decatur, Michael wife, Vicki Gordon of Macon, and Mark "Steven" wife, Barbara Gordon of Decatur. Many nieces, nephews and other family members also survive.
Pamela was preceded in death by her parents and three infant children.
