Phyllis G. Fitzgerald's Obituary
Phyllis G. Fitzgerald, 91, of Decatur passed away on Thursday October 29, 2009 in Fair Havens Christian Home.
Phyllis was born on November 11, 1917 in Weldon, IL the daughter of Edward and Ethel Gray Stone. She worked 15 years for Carson Pirie Scott and 22 years for DMH. She was an active member of Kiwaniannes club of Decatur, the Moose Lodge, and DMH Senior Lode Star Club She was a member of Grace M.E. Church and the M&M Club. She was an avid bowler and Shopper.
Phyllis loved and cherished all of her grandchildren. She was active and involved in all their lives and encouraged there education She touched many lives.
She is survived by her daughter, Dana Woolsey Ken; granddaughter, Kendra Warnsley Toppie; great-grandchildren, Dominique, Cameron, McKenzi, Wynter; step-great-grandson, Stefan, and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William and brother, Gerrall.

Graveside service will be 1:00 PM Monday, November 2, 2009 in Graceland Cemetery with Rev. Marshall Hughes officiating. In Lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Phyllis G. Fitzgerald grandchildren’s college fund at Land of Lincoln Credit Union.
