To Angie and the entire Kissell Clan: My most heartfelt condolences on the loss of Phyllis. I was deeply shocked and saddened to hear the news and did not know she was suffering from dementia. Once when Phyllis was visiting Angie in NYC, they both took a train to visit me in NJ. Was Linda with you also, Angie? Since I was born in Waltonville and also felt very close to my Aunt Pearl, I spent a lot of time with my cousins Harry, Betty Ann, Billy and Phyllis. Phyllis was so cute and pretty. I would take the bus to Decatur to spend a week with the Myers family, and Harry and/or Betty were always spending the summer down on the farm. I enjoyed reading your mother's obituary, Angie. I also met all the Aldermans one time in Alaska .It was the year Hannah joined the family. Angie, I don't have your address or phone number but I am still in NJ, just not in Long Valley. I read your postings on Facebook, In fact, that's how I learned about this. Then Verner let me know. Verner is my brother for you who are wondering where I fit in the family. My dad, Verner Sr., was Pearl's youngest brother. Sorry I'm making this so long. Wish I could have been with you this weekend. My sympathy being sent with lots of love to you all. Signed Doris Helen, but known as Dee.
