Raymond E. Kauzlarich, 62, of Decatur, died on Sun, Jan. 28, 2007, in Decatur.
Services celebrating Raymond's life will begin with a visitation at 10 am Sat, Feb, 3, 2007, at the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. A service of remembrance will be held at 11 am with Military Rites conducted by the Macon County Honor Guard. Burial will take place at a later date in Zion Cemetery, Boody. Memorials: Macon County Honor Guard.
Raymond was born on May 23, 1944, in Canton, the son of Walter W. and Nina M. Warren Kauzlarich, Sr. A drywall installer and past member of the Decatur Bass Masters, Raymond served his country in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam War. He married Andrea Bond on February 15, 1964 in Decatur.
Surviving are his wife, Andrea of Decatur; daughter, Rae-Lynne Fred Whobrey of Decatur; sons: Ryan Kauzlarich of Mt. Zion; Kory Kauzlarich of Lebanon, IN; Kannen Kauzlarich of Decatur; sister, Sheila Emerson Roderick of Pawnee; brothers: Walter W. Kathy Kauzlarich, Jr. of Decatur, Joe Alice Kauzlarich of Peoria, and Ronald Lesli Kauzlarich of Decatur; six grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, James.
