With thoughts are prayers to Linda and her family for their loss. Ray was a truly wonderful person and veteran who served our country with honor. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

I was thrilled that when Ray, III introduced me to his Dad as his future daughter-in-law, Ray, Jr. and I really bonded well. During that first weekend meeting we spent hours going through his awesome collection of photos of all of the Abraham Lincoln statues that he had visited in person throughout the US, and we spoke of our mutual adoration for President Lincoln. Before we left to return to Virginia, he gave me a small Lincoln statue replica to display in my law office. It’s a treasure that will always remind me how lucky I am to have known and loved him. I am truly grateful that he was such an incredible Dad to my fiancé.
