A wonderful man was laid to rest today my uncle Rey you will be missed and loved deeply Rest In Peace uncle Rey
Most sincere condolences to Reyburn's family. My name is Melissa Gollahon-Maple. I was one of the CNAs that cared for Rey for the past 3 years. I met Rey at Lincoln Manor, then followed him to Moweaqua Rehabilitation. He became "my handsome man". He always reminded my of my own father, so I was drawn to him rather quickly. He almost always had a smile for me. We'd talk about his Army time in Germany, and his dealings with artillery. He always made me laugh, with his cute little smirks and funny "yeah" when I would "flirt" with him. He would really smile ear to ear then. He is forever in my heart, as is this family. You are all family in my eyes. We've truly lost a wonderful, kind, and gentle soul, but he lives with us in our hearts. Until we meet again; my sweet Reyburn. ππ
My sincerest of condolences to the Voyles family. My name is Andy Taylor. I'm the C.N.A. that helped out with Rey. He was so much more than just another resident to me, he was my "Papa", my" little buddy", my" Rey Rey". I never know what to say at times like these. I'm sorry seems so lacking somehow. I just need to say how much of a privilege and an honor it was to work with Rey. I always felt just a little better after I tended to him, I'd get done, say see ya at supper, and he would most always give me an impish kind of smile and say o.k. or thank you. I could go on for hours so I'm going to stop now. Rey was a special man and I, for one, will very dearly and happily remember Mr. Reyburn Wyatt Voyles as a very sweet and very dear old friend. He will always hold a special place in my heart.
