Richard Leroy Lenover's Obituary
Richard Leroy Lenover, 70, of Decatur, died on Friday, Sept. 23, 2005 in his home.
Graveside services celebrating his life will be 11 a.m. Mon. Sept. 26, 2005, Rev. Roy Pritts officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery with military rites conducted by the Macon County Honor Guard.
Mr. Lenover was born on May 27, 1935 in Decatur the son of Paul Tillman and Lula Mae Butler Lenover. Richard had worked as a security guard for Pinkerton Security. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and had been affiliated with Maranatha Assembly of God and Second Church of God.
Surviving is his brother, Virgil wife, Agnes Lenover of Riverside, CA; sisters: Wanda husband, Winfield Campbell and Elsie husband, Bob Brown all of Mira Loma, CA; several nieces and nephews; many great nieces and great nephews.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Melvin and Hershel Lenover, and sisters: Ruby Crisp and M. Ruth Pyles.
