Rita Marie Gosch, 64, of Decatur, entered eternal life on Wednesday, July 02, 2003 in St. Mary’s Hospital.
Funeral Mass will be 10 A.M. Monday July 07, 2003 in St. James Catholic Church with Fr. Dennis Kollross celebrant. Visitation will be on Sunday from 1 to 3 P.M. in J. J. Moran & Sons Funeral Home. Vigil prayer service will be held at 12:45 P.M. Burial will be in Camp Butler National Cemetery, Riverton. Memorials: to the American Cancer Society. Rita was born in Merrill, WI. On February 05, 1939, the daughter of Harold H. and Eva M. Fitz Lussier. She worked as a Teachers Aid for Decatur School Dist #61 for six years. She was also a member of St. James Catholic Church where she was a P.S.R. teacher. Rita was a room mother during her children’s education, a volunteer for the Red Cross, and a Girl Scout leader for the Shemamo Council from 1972 to 1979. Rita married William L. “Bill” Gosch on July 11, 1964 in Wausau, WI.
Surviving are her husband of nearly 39 years; daughter, Marcia Gosch of Decatur; sons: Larry H. Gosch of Jacksonville and James E. Gosch of Decatur; several other relatives and friends.
Her parents and 1 sister preceded her in death.
