Robert Paul Lee's Obituary
Robert Paul Lee, 82, of Decatur, peacefully passed Thursday, March 15, 2012 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Robert was born February 6, 1930 in Bloomington the son of Donald R. and Nellie M. Dearman Lee. He worked as an LPN at the Lincoln Development Center for 30 years. He was an ordained minister who enjoyed researching genealogy and outreach ministry.
He is survived by his daughter, Maria Lord of Decatur; seven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter; brother, Gordon and sister, Beverly.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Phillip James Lee; daughter, Sharon Rose Callaway and three wives: Norma Christopher, Marion Foster and Betty Eskew.
Honoring Robert’s wishes a graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 19, 2012 at Mt. Gilead Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorial service will be 3:00 pm Tuesday March 20, 2012 in the Crusaders Church, 3245 N. Macathur Road, Decatur. Moran & Goebel Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
