Robert C. Raykowski's Obituary
Robert C. Raykowski, 83 of Decatur formerly of Redmond Oregon, died on Tuesday, March 25, 2003.
Graveside services will be 10 A.M. Friday March 28, 2003 in Macon County Memorial Park with Fr. Don Brown officiating. Military Rites will be conducted by the Macon County Honor Guard. J. J. Moran & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Robert was born in Aitkin, MN. on July 31, 1919. He worked as a lineman for Bell Telephone for more than 40 years. Robert proudly served as a Military Police Sgt. in the Army during WWII stationed in Italy, France and the African Campaign. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion, Knights of Columbus, and past member of the Episcopal Church in Oregon. He married Helen Warren in 1995 in Redmond Oregon.
Surviving are his wife of Decatur; son, Bruce DeRosier of Bend Oregon; daughter, Kimberly Jackson of Salem Oregon; stepdaughter, Arletta Schrishuhn Ken of Decatur; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
His parents, first wife Lorraine, daughter Toni Hollen, 3 sisters, and 1 brother preceded him in death.
