Robert E. Skelton's Obituary
Robert E. Skelton, 76, of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Decatur, died Tuesday, April 8, 2008 in Tucson.
Born August 26, 1931, Robert was the son of Otto S. and
Lida K. Skelton. He was a retired union electrician,
an avid motorcycle rider and was a motorcycle safety
instructor at ISU.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Abidi-Skelton; his
children: Edward Roberta Skelton, Carol Lee Starks,
Susan Dan Podolak, Frances Cross, Charles Jessica
Skelton and Patti Scott Dunn; 12 grandchildren and 4
great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother
Donald.
Inurnment with graveside service will be 10 am Saturday, May 3, 2008
at Union Cemetery in Oreana, IL. There will be no visitation.
The family of Robert E. Skelton is being served by the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2801 N. Monroe St. Decatur.
