Roger was born on December 18, 1956, in Terre Haute, IN.
He is survived by two sons: Roger Baugh, Jr, and Matthew Baugh.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents.
A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday (07-21-2026) at Fairlawn Cemetery, Decatur, IL.
