Sandra Louise Denton's Obituary
Maroa – Sandra Louise Denton, 77, of Maroa, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026.
Sandra was born on October 12, 1948, in Decatur, IL, to Richard and Louise (Montgomery) Riley. She worked in management in the hospitality field; she loved her dogs and doing crafts. Sandra married David A. Denton on February 2, 1970, in Assumption, IL, and he preceded her in death in April of 2020.
Surviving is her daughter M’Lissa (Scot Brewer) Duncan of Tuscola; grandson Thomas (Samantha) McClellan of Buckley; great grandchildren: Jaiden and Sadie; siblings: Thomas Riley of FL and Terry (Jacqueline) Riley of Canada; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister Loretta Riley.
In honor of Sandra’s wishes, cremation services will be provided by Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. There will be no services. Private burial will take place at a later date.
