Sandra L. Garrett ,70, of Decatur passed away Friday, September 22, 2021 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Sandy was born December 11, 1950 in Providence Rode Island. She worked as an electrical assistant before retiring.
Sandy married Thomas L. Garrett on February 2, 1996 in Spruce Pine, North Carolina.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Thomas Garrett and daughters, Suzanne Higgins of Rhode Island and Barbara Mead of Florida.
Sandy was preceded in death by her son, Louis Mead.
A graveside service will be held at Salem Cemetery in Decatur, IL on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.
