Sharon was a great customer of mine at Del's Popcorn Shop. She even earned a nick-name of "Cheese corn Sharon." It was always a pleasure to see her come in the door. Inverness, FL US

Sharon will be so deeply missed. She was such a bright, shining light in everyone's life that she touched. I met her through her cousin Deb and felt as though I had known her a lifetime. Her smile was beautiful. Sharon was so proud of her children, their wives and her grandchildren. We all have our memories to carry with us. With sympathy, Donna and Mike Altherr Decatur, IL US

I will miss Sharon dearly. She was the sweetest woman I ever met. She was so wonderful to everyone she ever came in contact with, and I loved talking w/ her about our common bonds….daughters of chili making fathers, and our love for Chelsea Handler. Sharon was a good friend to everyone she met….an absolute doll!!! Have fun up there in Heaven Sharon!!!! Emotionally, physically, and spiritually…you were an amazing lady….we lost a great person….but, God gained an angel!!!! Love you!!!!!!! Decatur, IL US

However, two people I love Chad Gandy & Connie Feddick were friends of hers through the years My love, thoughts, and prayers go to her family, friends, and everyone who was touched by her. May God be everyone at this time. Peace!!!! Tucson, AZ US
Sharon & I were best of friends in h.s.–Maxine always made us enough Chef Boyardee pizza to keep us full. We cruised Main/Water many a night, trying to figure out the meaning of life & boys. We double-dated many times with our boyfriends du jour. The twins ALWAYS tried to eavesdrop on our very private secrets: But the twins were beautiful & funny in their own rights, so one could not stay mad long–besides, they loaned us their frosted nail polish sometimes. Sharon was funny, beautiful, loyal, hard working, and very popular with all. I visited her when her first-born arrived in Chicago I think it was. While we lost touch in later years, I will always miss here greatly. My condolences to her entire family. May she join the Lord as one of His brightest angels and watch over us forever. Cumming, GA US
I have known Sharon since 7th grade at Roosevelt, and have kept in contact through the years. Sharon was truly the most people person I ever knew. I remember going to the teen dances at the Y, many with her dad and his dance band playing. We had so many great times. She was such a fun character. I know she's making many new friends as well as meeting her old ones in Heaven right now!My thoughts and prayers are with her family and all her many friends who will forever miss her.
