Angela Lake
Dear Hal and Rosie, What else can I say that I haven't already said to you? I was truly Blessed to see Sherri when she was in town last time and again last month. You all have been through so much. More than any parents should go through. Sherri is at peace now, she is not in pain, she is not suffering, she can finally rest. I am honored to say that I have known her since we were small, tiny little brats, spitting watermelon seeds at one another in the back yards. We spent the nights together, we played until we dropped and whispered and laughed even after you said,"Lights out." Even though we spent most of our adult years in different States, we never forgot what we had shared. She was so loving. After each visit, we always made sure we said, "I love you" to one another and ended with a big hug. I will never forget her and I will never forget you two. You are both so special to me, at times, you were my second parents. My prayers and thoughts are with you now and I am ALWAYS here for you. I love you both. And Sherri, I love you to my friend, you left us too soon. Be sure and look in on me from time to time, we all need a Guardian Angel! Your ex-neighbor, Angie "The Two-Toe." Decatur, IL US
