Stephen Clark Sinclair's Obituary
Bloomington ' formerly of Decatur Stephen Clark Sinclair., 68, of Bloomington, passed away Sunday, September 9, 2012 in Advocate Bromenn Regional Medical Center.
Stephen was born July 20, 1944 in Decatur, son of Gordon and Blanche (Gessaman) Sinclair. He worked at A.E. Staley for 33 years. He was a four year Navy veteran. Stephen was an avid Nascar and St. Louis Cardinals fan. He also loved drag racing and won many trophies in the Decatur area in the late 1970's.
Surviving are his sister Sharyl Brady of Clinton and two nieces, Lori (Todd) Hanes of Clinton; Lisa (Tim) Tidwell of O'Fallon; one nephew Christopher (Josephine) Brady of Pontiac. He is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews, Kayla and Cole Hanes; Hannah and Samantha Tidwell; Amillia Brady and Jacob and Jonathan Williams. He also is survived by two cousins, Caroline Bilyeu of Moweaqua and Nola Jean Flesch of Oreana.
Stephen was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be Friday, September 14, 2012 from 10 a.m. until the service time at 11 a.m. in the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Graceland Cemetery with a military service provided the Macon County Honor Guard and concluding with the 'Flight Home' ceremony. Memorials suggested to Heritage Health Care in Bloomington.
