Dear MaryJo,I want to extend to you and your family my most sincere sympathy at this time of your loss of your beloved Terry. Having worked with Terry and Les Liabo so many years, both at Cargill and at Corn Sweeteners, I admired Terry's great work ethic, knowledge and caring for other people. I never met a person that did not look up to Terry, and admire him. I know you will always miss him greatly. May God be with you each and every day, and again I send my most sincere sympathy.Carol Bender Cedar Rapids, IA, IA US
Dear Mary Jo and family,From the time I began working at the Cargill Corn Plant in l965; the subsequent journey for both Terry and myself to Corn Sweeteners – which became ADM – and until our final meeting at Les Liabo's funeral, my feelings for Terry are of the highest regard. He was fun loving, smart, and cared deeply for his family and close friends. I feel very fortunate that I had the opportunity to work with Terry on a daily basis and come to know the high standards that he set for himself. Having just lost my husband last month, my heart goes out to you, Mary Jo, and your children and grandchildren. May God Bless you and your family. I know that Terry will be looking down on all of us, laughing at our mistakes, and watching over us – most likely while swinging a golf club. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this extremely difficult time. Kind regards, Linda Ward O'Donnell Cedar Rapids, IA US

Terry: classmate, teammate, fun to be with, golf artist,U.S. Marine, family man, adept storyteller, innovator, loved his I.C. school, church, clergy and loved the Mercy teachers.I first knew you in Kindergarten and last saw you 100 days ago when I stayed overnight at your house and we said our goodbyes…we went to 6:30 Mass and Communion together and after Mass the parish men gathered around and kidded you. They liked Terry…indeed Terry had charismatic magnetiwm that many were attracted to him.We admired the way you carried your crosses and gave Mary Jo such high praise.Goodbye good Terry. Help watch over all of us.Jim and Rosemary Maher Overland Park, KS US
Please accept my deepest sympathy in your time of sorrow. I had the pleasure of working with Terry in the early days at the Cedar Rapids plant where his wittiness kept people moving in the right direction. He will be missed, but not forgotten. Cedar Rapids, IA US
