Thomas L. Beasley Jr., 58, of Decatur died Sunday December 27, 2009 in St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
Thomas was born on May 18, 1951 in Brownsville, TN the son of Tommie L. and Geraldine Adams Beasley Sr. He worked as a foreman for Intermet.
He leaves to cherish memories his father, Tommie L. Beasley Sr. of Millington, TN; sons, Thomas D. Beasley Jr. Michelle, Justin J Brenner, Kenneth L. Beasley Casandra, Sercie Oldham, Robert Emery all of Decatur; daughters Pearl E. White Eric, Nicole Whitfield Ronnie both of Jackson, TN; Monica Beasley of Decatur; Gwendolyn Comao Brandon of Jackson, TN; Ashley Brenner of Decatur; Marcia Brenner of Decatur; brothers, Curtis Beasley Dallas Beasley and Jimmy Beasley Easter both of Decatur; Willie B. Sutton Robert Susan Boone James both of Decatur; Martha Russel Daniel of Independent, MO; Clara Beasley of Decatur; 55 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his, mother, Geraldine Beasley, sisters, Lisa Beasley and Helen Ruth Beasley, nieces, Geraldine Marie Beasley and Lakia L. Beasley, brothers, Dobern Beasley, Bobby Beasley, and Marshall Beasley, and nephew, Willie James Beasley.
Homegoing Celebration will be 12 noon Friday January 8, 2010 in Solid Rock Full Gospel Center, 1160 E. Locust Decatur. Visitation will be one hour prior to service in the church. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
