Thresa E. Bledsoe's Obituary
Thresa E. Bledsoe, 94, of Decatur, died Monday, February 16, 2009, in Lincoln Manor Nursing Home.
Thresa was born May 24, 1914, in Farina, IL, the daughter of Jacob and Elsie Mae Eskew Weber. She was a homemaker and member of Saints James & Patrick Catholic Church. Thresa loved to play bingo and fish. She married Henry C. Bledsoe and he preceded her in death in October of 1991.
Surviving are her children: Dixie Roger Sexton and Philip Bledsoe of Decatur; sister, Marilyn Lucille Weber of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren: Thresa, Tracy, Chris, Tony, Chad, Kelly and Shane; great grandchildren: Nicole, Erin, Sheldon, Megan, Corey, Taylor, Brooke and Grace.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; siblings: Raymond, Virgil, Sylvia, Verda, Robert, Jake, and Edith.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 am Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow immediately at Croninger Cemetery, Cisco.
