Timothy G. "Diamond T." Griffin, 54, of Decatur passed away on Friday April 2, 2010 in St. Mary's Hospital.
Visitation will be 5:00 -7:00 pm Tuesday, April 6, 2010 in Moran & Goebel Funeral Home.
Tim was born on July 1, 1955 in Decatur the son of Leo Anthony and M. Ruth O'Donnell Griffin. He worked as a sheet metal worker and was a member of Local #218. He was a member of Sts. James and Patrick Parish. He was an Illini and St. Louis Cardinals fan. He also enjoyed fishing.
Tim will be remembered by his surviving family, his mother, Ruth Griffin; brothers: David A. Griffin Cindy, Jack T. Griffin Tami, Patrick D. Griffin, Philip N. Griffin Toni, Mark T. Griffin; sister, Mary Kay Todd Terry all of Decatur; five nieces and four nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
