Verneida Madison's Obituary
Ms. Madison was born on November 20, 1906 a daughter of Arthur and Viola Sides Oliver. She was a housewife, a member of St. Peter’s A.M.E. Church where she was involved in the choir, a past member of the Stewardess Board, and a member of the Daughters of Ellen. She married Samuel Madison in 1926 and he passed on September 25, 1979.
She leaves to cherish fond memories her son, John R. Madison Sr., wife Clara of Springfield; brother, Archie Oliver of Oakland, CA.; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Her parents, husband, one son, three daughters, three brothers, and four sisters preceded her in death.
