I would visit Vilena and Eunice at the Nursing Facility, before the Pandemic. Eunice would do most of the talking, Vilena would add a few thoughts about the family, her mail, and other memories. I had the opportunity to visit her a few times in her apartment. She was a very proud, independent, and determined woman. Vilena would be listening to the gospel channel on tv and would sing a few of her favorite songs. RIP Vilena. My sincere condolences to the Anderson and extended family.
