Wayne H. Hull's Obituary
Wayne H. Hull, 84, of Decatur passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014 in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Wayne was born May 11, 1930 in Decatur, IL the son of Harold and Nona (Crawley) Hull. He was a Member of Concordia Lutheran Church and was a machinist for A.E. Staley Manufacturing, retiring after 44 years of service. He was an avid golfer, hunter, fisherman, and sportsman. He married Charline Fedrigon on June 18, 1950 in Decatur. She preceded him in death on July 24, 2012.
Surviving are his daughter, Diane Hunke of Decatur; brother, Edward Hull (Yvonne) of Mt. Zion; sister, Norma Webb (Dean) of Decatur; grandchildren, Joseph Hunke (Sharon); Matthew Hull (Lynn); Michael Hull (Mary); and 3 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two brothers, five sisters, one son, Dennis Hull.
Funeral service to celebrate God’s gift of eternal life for Wayne will be 1 PM Wednesday, November 26, 2014 in Concordia Lutheran Church, 3303 E. Maryland, Decatur, IL with Pastor Robert Bruer officiating. Visitation will be 11 AM – 1 PM Wednesday in the church. Burial will be in North Fork Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the church.
