William "Bill" T. Wilson's Obituary
Decatur-William “Bill” T. Wilson, 85, of Decatur passed away on Friday, October 17, 2014 in Imboden Creek Living Center.
Bill was born August 3, 1929 in Decatur, the son of Earl and Emma (Roberts) Wilson. He proudly served his country in the USAF during the Korean War from 1950-1953. He was previously employed with the Decatur Macon County Highway Department and the Decatur Township Assessor’s Office.
Bill leaves behind Janice his wife of forty years, son Todd Wilson and wife Lisa of Decatur, daughter Diane Pyle and husband Mark of Decatur, step-sons David Erhardt of Decatur and Timothy Erhardt of Alabama, a grandson, two great-grandchildren, and several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Bill was reunited in Heaven with his parents, two brothers, and one sister.
Graveside services to celebrate Bill’s life will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Mt. Gilead Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorials are suggested to Boiling Springs Church of God or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
